Nazi Cyborg




Software: 3ds max, After Effects, Mudbox, Photoshop

Hey all, this guy here was an experiment with translating a piece of concept art into 3D. I used PS for textures, Mudbox for displacement for some pieces of armor, 3ds max 2009 for all the rest, and AE for comping. Smoke elements done in AE also.

The movie, which is still in preproduction, is a sort of alternate history, sci-fi WWII retelling of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944.

PS: Brownie points for those that recognize the famous monument from Warsaw that serves as the backdrop here!
